Today we planned to bake zucchini muffins and since the zucchini we got were not that good, we changed recipe Nd transformed our recipe to chocolate chip Almond flake muffins….
It’s a simple recipe , I used both white and dark chocolate chips and topped the cupcakes with almond flakes this is completely optional,
My first batch cupcakes got little browned, so you need to keep an eye toit..

Recipe is really easy here goes
INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour- 21/2 cups
Baling powder- 1 tbsp
Baking soda- 1st
Salt-1/2 tsp
Chocolate chips (white/dark)-1 1/2 cups
Melted butter -1/2 cup
Eggs-2
Sugar-1 cup
Milk-1cup
Almondflakes
Vanilla essence
METHO
- Preheat oven at 180 deg c
- Grease muffin tin , line with cupcake Liners
- Into a bowl seive flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- Add chocolate chips and mix well
- Set this aside
- In another bowl beat sugar , eggs and melted butter
- Beat well
- Now slowly add flour mixture and milk
- Do not beat too much
- Add vanilla essence
- Just mix slowly until well combined
- Spoon heapful of batter into cupcake tins
- Tap well
- Top with almond flakes (optional)
- Bake the muffins for 10 to 15 mins
- Remove from oven and let the muffins cool down
- Stoe in airtight box
